Champagne and its equivalent sparkling grape wine is an occasional drink. We drink it on achieving our goals, after the conclusion of a gainful deal or when accomplishing our works. Due to its very specific feature - to shot and spume - champagne was considered to be as an exceptional divine drink of kings and an insidious temptation of a devil as well. It has always been an inherent symbol of celebration, victory, initiative.
 Champagne Province in France is the place where the true champagne was originated. Three species of grapes are mainly used for the production of champagne - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier . Chardonnay grapes are famous for the subtlety and maturity they give to champagne; merits of Pinot Noir - the strength and aroma of red grapes, Pinot Meunier is famous for their richness. Grapes for the production of champagne are always picked only by hands.

The process of making champagne is going at least two years. This noble drink demands the endless patience, accuracy, a lot of time and care.
